The scope of work for the Boiler engineering carried out by the subcontractor in accordance with the terms of this contract has been stipulated in section F and other relevant clauses分包商根据本合同条款进行的锅炉安装工程的工作范围已在section F等相关条款中规定

投标人资格要求：

（1） The bidders must have an independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China and provide a valid business license, or completed local registration in Sultanate of Oman and possess relevant construction experience.（2） The bidder must provide a waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and thermal insulation subcontracting qualification of Grade II or above, or valid CR and VAT certificates.（1）响应人须是在中华人民**国境内注册的独立法人资格，须提供有效的营业执照或在阿曼完成属地化注册，并有相关施工经验；（2）响应人须提供防水、防腐保温分包贰级及以上资质或有效的CR及VAT证书。
