项目概况及招标范围：1. Project Location: Al Khazna Area, Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE 2.Project Scale: 1,500 MW (AC) Solar PV Power Plant 3. Scope of Services:The Subcontractor shall perform the following services in accordance with the requirements of the Contractor’s project site and relevant local regulations at the Contractor’s project location: Provide qualified on-site manpower and manage labor services to ensure the smooth progress of the project, meet the actual work needs of the project site, and complete all assigned tasks with quality, quantity and on time.

投标人资格要求：1 Bidder's Qualification and Competence Requirements： The bidders must have completed local registration in United Arab Emirates and are able to perform the following services in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) at the Contractor’s project location. The bidder is required to provide valid VAT certificates. 2 Performance requirements The bidder must have at least 1 similar contract performance record within the last 3 years (from January 1, 2022, to the bid submission deadline).
