1.报价方应确定已理解所采购物资的详细规格等相关要求，并按要求报价。报价文件需加盖公章并由法定代表或其委托人签字，没有按要求加盖公章和签字的报价文件，询价方有权做无效报价处理。

1. The bidder should confirm that he has understood the detailed specifications of the purchased materials and other relevant requirements, and quote according to the requirements. Quotation documents must be stamped with the official seal and signed by the legal representative or his client. If the quotation document is not stamped with the official seal and signed as required, the inquiring party has the right to make an invalid quotation.

2. 要求说明：所有材料需符合国标要求，并检测取得相应证书，并报出所供应物资的具体名称，详细的型号规格、生产厂家或品牌、附上对应的物资照片。交货时，供方提交所供产品的合格证，属地合规文件由供方负责提供。

2.Requirement description: All materials must meet the requirements of the national standard, and obtain corresponding certificates after testing, and the specific name of the supplied materials, detailed model specifications, manufacturers or brands, and attach photos of the corresponding materials. When delivering the goods, the supplier submits the certificate of conformity of the supplied products, and the supplier is responsible for providing the materials for the materials that need to be inspected for export.

3.报价要求：按综合单价报价，物资综合单价指物资到项目部指定地点交货价格，包含但不限于物资出厂销售价、运输费、管理费、利润、税金、风险费等供方履行本合同所有的一切费用，并提供喀麦隆有效发票。

3.Quotation requirements: The comprehensive unit price shall be quoted. The comprehensive unit price of materials refers to the delivery price of materials to the designated place of the project department, including but not limited to the sales price of materials at the factory, transportation fee, management fee, profit, tax, risk fee and all other expenses incurred by the supplier in performing this contract, and valid invoices from Cameroon shall be provided.

4、质量要求：供方保证该批产品安全,质量及技术要求依次符合该产品的国家标准、行业标准、企业标准。

4. Quality requirements: The supplier guarantees the safety of this batch of products, and the quality and technical requirements meet the national standards, industry standards, and enterprise standards of the products in turn.

5.交货时间：按通知分批送。（若厂家无法在该时间交货，请注明可以最快交货的时间）。

5. Delivery time: Delivered in batches as notified. (If the manufacturer is unable to deliver at this time, please indicate the fastest delivery time).

6.交货地点：需方指定地点(4.****280, 9.****110)。

6. Delivery place: the place designated by the buyer(4.****280, 9.****110)。

7.付款条件：货到指定地点经验收合格后，甲方在结算且收到有效的发票后，30天支付100%。

7. Payment terms: After the goods arrive at the designated place and pass the acceptance inspection, Party A shall pay 100% within 30 days after settlement and receipt of a valid invoice.
