5.1 投标人应为独立注册法人，持有所在国家有效营业执照或同等效力证件，具有独立承担民事责任的能力；

The bidder shall be a duly?registered legal entity holding a valid business license or equivalent legal document issued by its country of origin, and shall have the capacity to independently bear civil liabilities.

5.2 投标人具有良好的经营财务状况，****银行资信和商业信誉，没有处于被责令停业或破产状态，且资产未被重组、接管和冻结；

The bidder shall have sound business and financial status, good bank credit and commercial reputation. It shall not be under ordered suspension of business or bankruptcy proceedings, and its assets shall not be restructured, taken over or frozen.

5.3 具有履行本合同所必需的设备、专业技术能力与项目实施经验；

The bidder shall possess the necessary equipment, professional technical capability and project implementation experience to perform this contract.

5.4 投标人应在印尼具备本地服务能力（自有团队或合格本地服务**伙伴），能够提供应急响应、备件供应及售后技术支持；

The bidder shall have local service capacity in Indonesia either through its own team or qualified local service partners, and be able to provide emergency response, spare parts supply and after?sales technical support.

5.5 须浪潮电子采购平台注册认证供应商；

The bidder shall be a registered and certified supplier on Inspur EProcurement Platform.
