During the announcement period, any Supplier or other interested party having objections to the announced results may submit such objections to the Purchaser or the procurement agency. Objections submitted after the announcement period will not be accepted.

If no objections are received by the end of the announcement period, the first-ranked candidate shall be confirmed as the final successful Supplier.
