（2）具有有效的安全生产许可证；
（3）项目经理具有中华人民****建设部颁发的注册建造师，注册专业须为建筑工程二级及其以上及其以上资格，并具有有效的安全生产考核证书，且不得在其他项目担任项目负责人；
（4）本项目不允许转包
（5）本项目不专门面向中小企业采购。
（6）本项目不接受组成联合体。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Must have a Level 3 or above qualification in steel structure engineering construction;
(2) Must have a valid safety production license;
(3) The project manager needs to have a registered constructor certificate issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, with at least a Level 2 specialty in construction engineering, a valid safety assessment certificate, and cannot be the project manager on other projects;
(4) This project is not allowed to be subcontracted;
(5) This project is not specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises;
(6) This project does not accept forming joint ventures.
