项目概况及招标范围：
insulation and cladding installation, identification marking application for STG, HRSG, GT and BOP areas, sandblasting and anti-corrosion painting works for all piping systems and pipe supports hangers across the entire plant, as well as fireproof coating and finish coat for all structural steelworks.汽轮机发电机组（STG）、余热锅炉（HRSG）、燃气轮机（GT）及全厂辅助系统（BOP）区域的标识制作与粘贴；全厂所有管道系统及管道支吊架的喷砂与防腐涂装；以及所有钢结构的防火涂料与面漆施工。
投标人资格要求：
Bidders shall possess construction capabilities suitable for this project. If the bidder is a company registered in China, it shall possess Grade II or SpecialContracting Qualification for Building Electromechanical Installation Works, or other construction qualifications that comply with relevant national laws and regulations and are suitable for this project. If the bidder is a company registered in Oman, it shall provide a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) and Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate.响应人应具备与本工程相适应的施工能力。若响应人为中国境内注册企业，应具备- 建筑机电安装工程专业承包二级及以上资质，或具备符合国家有关法律法规规定且与本工程相适应的其他施工资质；若响应人为在阿曼注册的企业，应提供有效的商业注册证书（CR）及增值税登记证书（VAT Certificate）。
