5.2 具有履行合同所必需的设备供货及其它能力； Possess equipment supply and other capabilities necessary for contract performance.

5.3 须为浪潮电子采购平台注册认证供应商； Shall be a registered and certified supplier on Inspur eProcurement Platform.

5.4 本项目不接受联合体投标； Joint?venture bidding is not accepted for this project.
