PRO-TENDER 2026006 (2) Inflight Business Class White Wine, Red Wine & Champagne

In accordance with the development direction of HKA, we are going to invite qualified suppliers to participate " **** ****006 (2) Inflight Business Class White Wine, Red Wine Champagne", the successful bidder will sign 2 years framework agreement with us.

Please note the Tender Deposit and Performance Bond is waived for this tender.

Bidder is required to confirm the participation by register in HKA supplier platform on or before 30 October 2026 (Friday) by 17:45 (Hong Kong Times).

To Request Tender Document: The Tender Documents are available for download on Hong Kong Airlines’ platform. All Bidders must hold a valid User Account and pay a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of HKD500.00 or RMB439.71 to access the Tender Documents. Payment shall be made in accordance with one of the remittance instructions as below, on or before on or before 03 November 2026, Tuesdayby 17:45 (Hong Kong Time).

1. HKD Bank Account.

RMB Bank Account. Hong Kong Airlines Limited instructs the Bidders to remit all amounts of the Tender Deposit to 港勤電子****公司. Receipt by Hong Kong Airlines Limited will be considered as a valid discharge of the Bidder's payment obligation.

Sample requirement:

Three (3) bottles for each participating in Old World WHITE Wine

Three (3) bottles for each participating in New World WHITE Wine

Three (3) bottles for each participating in Old World RED Wine

Three (3) bottles for each participating in New World RED Wine

Three (3) bottles for each participating in Champagne

Bidder must submit all samples with wine list/description on or before 17 November 2026 (Tuesday) by 17:45 (Hong Kong Time).
