(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Not listed as a dishonest judgment debtor, a major tax law-breaking dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on " China" (www.****.cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.****.cn); (2) Possess the of general contracting for construction engineering of Grade III and above; (3) Possess a valid Work Safety License; (4) The proposed project manager shall hold the professional registration of a registered constructor in construction engineering of Grade II and above, and possess a valid Work Safety Assessment Certificate; (5) Specifically oriented towards small and medium-sized enterprises.
