采购内容或范围：Repair and restore the rooftop signage so that it provides clear identification by day and night, withstands the exposed rooftop environment and can be maintained safely without adversely affecting building users, hotel guests, tenants, traffic or surrounding property.

二、供应商资格要求

1. Legally registered company in Thailand, authorized to undertake building signage fabrication and installation works.
2. Completed at least one (1) similar building signage or large-scale signage installation project within the past three (3) years.
3. Possess adequate technical expertise and qualified personnel. Structural design, safety assessments, and wind load calculations shall be carried out by appropriately licensed engineers in accordance with Thai regulations.
4. Demonstrate relevant high-rise installation experience and comply with applicable Thai working-at-height safety regulations, including appropriate equipment, fall protection, and emergency rescue arrangements.
5. Undertake to procure Contractors' All Risks (CAR), Third-Party Liability, and applicable workers' compensation insurance prior to commencement of site works.
6. Security Requirements: Follow ASP's EHS regulations
