Where the malfunction of the Goods affects their normal operation, the Seller shall provide remote technical support services within 2 hours from being called by the Buyer. Where the malfunction cannot be solved remotely, the Seller's technicians shall arrive Buyer’s premises for onsite repair and maintenance within 24 hours, and restore the malfunctioned equipment to normal working state within 2 hours upon arrival. Where the malfunction cannot be solved within 2 hours due to the lack of Accessory / Spare Parts, Seller shall provide rapid response service to send the intact spare parts to site, and commit to complete the repair and maintenance of the Goods within days at the latest, to ensure the normal operation and usage of Goods, and hand over the work logs and records related thereto to the Buyer.
