Where the malfunction of the Goods affects their normal operation, the Seller shall provide remote technical support services within 2 hours from being called by the Buyer. Where the malfunction cannot be solved remotely, the Seller's technicians shall arrive Buyer’s premises for onsite repair and maintenance within 24 hours, and restore the malfunctioned equipment to normal working state within 2 hours upon arrival.
