1.6 付款方式:投标人每次完成相应劳务服务后,招标人收到合规发票后十五日内付款。

Payment method: Payment within fifteen days upon receipt of compliant invoice, after services completed each time.

3. 报名及招标文件获取

3.2报名地点:招标****集团的供应链管理平台发布招标公告,符合资质的投标人应通过向投标人的电子邮件地址(lilu@enfi.****.cn)发送邮件的方式表达其报名意向,招标人将通过电子邮件地址(lilu@enfi.****.cn)向符合投标人资格条件的投标人发送招标文件。

Registration Place: The Tenderee will publish bidding announcement through the Supply Chain Management Platform of China Minerals Corporation. Bidders meeting the basic qualifications of shall express their intention to attend by sending emails to the tenderer's email address (lilu@enfi.****.cn), and the tenderer will send Bidding Documents to the bidders.

3.3招标文件发布地点:招标人将通过lilu@enfi.****.cn向潜在投标人发送招标文件。

3.4 投标人须在表明其报名意图时,向招标人邮箱发送如下文件原件的扫描件:

(1)营业执照或企业在注册国的登记证书;

(2)办理人的身份证或护照。

3.4 The bidder shall send the scanned copies of the following documents to the email address of the tenderer when expressing their intention to attend :

Submission method of tender documents:

Electronic bid documents: The bidder shall send the encrypted PDF bid documents to the lilu@enfi.****.cn mailbox before the bidding deadline. If the bidder fails to provide the encrypted bid documents as required, the tenderer will not assume any responsibility for any problems that may arise. No paper submission of the tender documents is required.
