澄清公告

Clarification

针对****劳务派遣服务（招标编号****）招标工作，我方做出如下澄清：

1- 投标截止时间及开标时间由原定的2026年6月5日14:00，延期至2026年6月9日16:00（**时间）加急标书代写

2- 针对合同条款，增加如下条款：

l 双方合同到期后或合同终止后，乙方有义务配合甲方进行已有员工的签证变更转移，员工合同变更转移等后续工作；

l 合同签订后，乙方向甲方提交暂估合同额的 5%的履约保****银行履约保函，合同结束后甲方退还。

For LABOR OUTSOURCING SERVICES OF PT ENFI GEM ENGINEERING INDONESIA (Bidding No. ****), we here to establish following clarification:

1- the Bid Closing Time and Bid Opening Time get extended to 16:00 (Beijing Time), 9th June.

2- Following terms are added into PO template:

At the time when contract expired or terminated, it is obligate for Party B to assist Party A changing and transferring employees’ visas and contracts.

Party B submits Performance Bond of 5% of estimated contract value to Party A, once the contract gets signed. The Performance Bond will be return to Party B when the contact expired.
