1. 第二章 投标资料表 第2.3条

原条款：投标人的投标单价在合同履行过程中固定不变，即：本次招标为固定总价合同。

调整为：投标人的投标单价在合同履行过程中固定不变，合同总价依据实际完成工程量按中标单价据实结算，即：本次招标为固定单价合同，暂定总价。

TO all Bidders:

Tender Notice for UG CS Fire Water Pipe of S2T OCI EPC in Singapore is hereby clarified as follows:

1. Clause 2.3 of Chapter 2 Bid Data Sheet

Original clause:

Unit prices quoted by Bidder remain fixed during Bidder's executionof the Contract, meaning this bidding has a fixed total price contact.

Revised as follows:
Unit prices quoted by Bidder remain fixed during Bidder's execution of the Contract. The final contract sum shall be calculated based on actual completed quantities at the awarded unit prices. Accordingly, this bidding is a fixed unit-price contract with a provisional total price.

2. 第四章 – 物料需求及技术规格

根据项目实际需要，对本章节中“REQUIRED MATERIALS”及“VENDOR DOCUMENTS REQUIRED”的内容作出如下调整：
